Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Meetbound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Meetbound for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to send spam or conduct unlawful outreach
• Remove any proprietary notices from the platform

Account Registration

To access certain features of Meetbound, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

Meetbound is built for legitimate, permission-based outreach. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and equivalent regulations) when using the service. This includes honoring unsubscribe requests promptly and not using unlawfully obtained contact lists.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Every plan starts with a free trial. Credit add-ons (Email Finder and Lead Enrichment) are billed as one-time purchases. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Meetbound if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users, recipients or the platform's reputation.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Meetbound is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including deliverability outcomes that depend on factors outside our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Meetbound, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use of Meetbound after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
