We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, deliver and warm up your campaigns, classify replies with AI, provide support, process billing, and keep the platform secure.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Connected mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. AI reply processing is performed with Claude (Haiku) on AWS Bedrock within the EU, keeping that processing inside EU infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Third-Party Processors

We rely on a small set of trusted sub-processors to operate Meetbound:

• AWS Bedrock (EU) — AI reply classification and drafting
• Icypeas — email finding and verification
• Stripe — subscription and payment processing
• Google Places — company discovery for lead enrichment

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@meetbound.ai. Meetbound supports Data Subject Access Requests and person-data erasure for enrichment data.
